Franchise programme

Operate a regional PlexaRP, under licence.

We are opening PlexaRP to regional franchise operators, Romanian, Spanish, German and beyond, who want to run a localised server under our brand, framework and playbook. You bring the language, the community, and the operational drive. We bring the platform, the rules, and the back-of-house. The engagement is structured, confidential, and binding only once both sides sign.

NDA gatedCapital commitment requiredReply within five working days
  • NDA before terms

Commercial terms, financials and the playbook are only shared after a mutually executed Non-Disclosure Agreement.

  • Capital commitment required

This is a paid licensing arrangement with onboarding costs and ongoing fees. Specific figures are disclosed during the structured engagement, not on this page.

  • Binding Franchise Agreement

Nothing is offered or settled until both sides have signed a Franchise Agreement and accompanying schedules.

  • Five working days to first reply

We respond to every serious enquiry within five working days.

01 · What you get

What the franchise includes.

A regional operator inherits the entire PlexaRP platform stack and the operational playbook we have spent years writing. You are not buying source, you are being trained, supported, and licensed to run a city under our brand.

01

The platform and tooling

The full FiveM/TypeScript framework, Vue NUI overlay, UCP, bug portal, creator portal, faction systems and operational tooling, licensed for your regional server.

02

The playbook

How we actually run an RPP server: moderation policies, the account and age gates, the economy, safeguarding workflows, faction onboarding, the FiveM-side admin tools. You skip a year of mistakes.

03

The brand

Right to operate under PlexaRP · <Region> with our visual identity, supported by the central marketing site, unified Discord presence, and cross-regional referral.

04

Ongoing engineering support

Framework updates, security patches, schema migrations and new features land in your regional install on the same cadence as the UK origin. Direct access to the engineering team.

05

Operator training

Structured onboarding for your senior staff: rules adjudication, ban review, faction lead training, incident response, GDPR/PECR compliance, payouts and creator partnerships.

06

Cross-regional benefits

Shared identity across all RPP regional servers via the central UCP, so a verified player in one city is a verified player in another, and creators carry their codes across borders.

02 · What we expect

What we expect in return.

A franchise is a serious commercial undertaking, not a click-and-buy. Here is what we ask before we will start sharing the playbook with you.

  1. 01

A signed NDA, before anything substantive

Before we share commercial terms, financial expectations, the operational playbook or any technical detail, both parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. This protects your enquiry and our IP equally.

  2. 02

    Verified identity and standing

Operators must be 18+, in a country we can legally do business with, and willing to be identity-verified (Companies House registration where applicable, KYC for principals, address validation via our partner Didit).

  3. 03

    Capital, available before sign-off

There is a real upfront capital requirement to cover the licensing fee, infrastructure provisioning, onboarding, and the operating runway your regional server needs to survive its first months. The specific figures are disclosed inside the NDA.

  4. 04

An operational team you can stand behind

You do not run a regional RPP solo. We expect named senior staff, an admin lead, a community lead and a technical contact, plus a plan to keep moderation running across the hours your community plays.

  5. 05

    Adherence to the central rules

Regional servers may localise tone, language and some economy parameters, but the core rule set (FearRP, NLR, RDM/VDM, etc.), the 18+ requirement, account verification and the safeguarding policies are non-negotiable.

  6. 06

    A long-term partnership posture

This is not a one-shot licence. Franchise Agreements are multi-year; renewals depend on operating quality, community health, and brand stewardship. We do not onboard operators we expect to walk away inside a year.

03 · The process

How the engagement runs.

From the moment you submit the form to the moment your regional server goes live, the process is structured as four discrete stages. We do not move forward into the next stage until the one before it is fully closed.

  1. Stage 01

    Enquiry and initial fit call

You submit the form below. We come back within five working days to schedule a 30 to 45 minute call. We talk about your region, your community, your motivation, your operating capacity, and whether the franchise model is right for you.

    No NDA yet
  2. Stage 02

    NDA and commercial briefing

If the initial call goes well, both sides sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. With the NDA in place we share the full commercial framework: fees, schedule, revenue share, infrastructure requirements, the operational playbook, and the legal structure of the Franchise Agreement.

    NDA in place
  3. Stage 03

    Due diligence and Term Sheet

We perform mutual due diligence: KYC on principals, financial verification of your capacity to meet the upfront commitment, references on your community history. If both sides remain comfortable, we sign a non-binding Term Sheet that frames the Franchise Agreement.

    Mutual DD
  4. Stage 04

    Sign and onboard

The Franchise Agreement and accompanying schedules are executed. Funds clear. We provision your regional infrastructure, deliver the codebase under licence, run your operator-training programme, and prepare for launch. Each stage has a Statement of Work attached.

04 · Frequently asked

Frequently asked.

Quick answers to the things every serious enquirer asks before deciding to engage. More detail lands once the NDA is in place.

Two reasons. Commercially, the figures shift with the region, the size of your community, the regulatory environment, and the infrastructure your launch will need, so a one-size headline misleads. Operationally, we would rather you engage because the model fits, not because a number on a web page anchored your expectation. The figures are real, they are meaningful, and they are disclosed in full once the NDA is signed.

05 · Enquire

Enquire.

Submissions arrive directly with [email protected]. We come back to every serious enquiry within five working days.

Before you submit. This form is part of an early-stage commercial enquiry. By submitting you confirm that you understand: (a) this enquiry is non-binding and is not an offer to contract; (b) commercial terms, fees and operational detail are only disclosed once both parties have executed a Non-Disclosure Agreement; (c) there is a meaningful upfront capital commitment associated with the franchise programme, the specifics of which are disclosed inside the NDA; and (d) independent legal advice should be taken before signing any Franchise Agreement.

By submitting you accept our Privacy Policy and consent to your enquiry being processed by Phytoventures Ltd.
