We attach a reference to this check so staff see what you see. Paste it into your message.
Common fixes
- Restart FiveM and your router, then try again.
- Turn off VPNs, proxies and "gaming accelerators".
- Connect with the server address: play.plexarp.com
- Clear the FiveM cache (the data/cache folder) if it is stuck loading.
Privacy. We only ever look up the address your own browser connects from, and an IPv4 address your browser proves is yours. We never show other people's accounts or addresses, and we keep a log of unblocks for abuse checks.
What this page checks
Firewall
CrowdSec watches traffic to our sites and blocks addresses that behave like bots or attackers. Ordinary players get caught now and then, for example after many wrong passwords. Those blocks you can usually lift here yourself.
Game firewall
The game ports drop traffic from a short list of attack sources, limit how much one address can send, and only accept game traffic from addresses that connected in the last 24 hours. Joining once verifies you.
Bans
Game bans belong to an account and the computer it is played on. Signed in, you see your own bans on every server with the reason and end date. We never show anyone else's account.
Status
If every check is clear but you still cannot join, the server may be restarting or under attack. The live state of each server and of our network is at the bottom of the check.
